Deliverables: Creation of one website using the non-fee-based services of the Wix.com platform. Website can include up to three pages (including the homepage). Enhanced marketing through Search Engine Optimization is included.
About the Wix platform
Upon website creation, the Wix.com platform provides the following benefits for the Client:
Allows a novice user to make simple edits
Allows an experienced user to make more complicated edits
Allows fee-based add-ons, including: creation of email mailboxes, creation of online stores, and personalization of your site with a custom domain name (see Wix.com for fees)
Client Contributions: To facilitate the creation of an effective website, Client shall provide the following:
Company name
Company logo (optional)
Company information including contact name, address, phone, and email
Description of services offered
Biography of the company operator (optional)
Links to company social media sites like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram (optional)
Photos (optional)
Customer testimonials (optional)
Other written and photographic content including company history, and past and current projects (optional)
Delivery Date: Russell Strategies will present a first-round website for Client review within 7 days of receipt of all non-optional Client Contributions outlined above.
Client Review: Client is granted one round of revisions with all feedback submitted together to Russell Strategies for edits to fonts, color themes, photos, and copy edits. Edits should be submitted in writing within 7 days of receipt of first-round product. If no edits are received during that time, the website project shall be considered complete.
Delivery Terms: Russell Strategies will provide Client a link to their new, active website. Client shall create an account through Wix.com and provide Russell Strategies the email address used to create the account. Upon receipt of payment, Russell Strategies will transfer the completed website to the Client’s Wix account, allowing the Client to make edits to the site, take advantage of add-on services, and maintain website renewal.

Optional Maintenance Services:
Ongoing maintenance includes updates and additions to Client Contributions as noted above.
